Johnny Boy asked: I always have sore shoulder muscles due to sitting at the computer all day. I have decent posture, and an ergonomic desk, but I am literally at the computer all day for work and constantly have sore shoulder muscles/back muscles. Any possible folk remedies - like people who wear copper bracelets for arthritis?

roo285 asked: A friend is wearing a copper bracelet, which he says helps his arthritis. I think this is fine, but I wonder how much copper his skin is absorbing, and is there a toxic effect in the long term?
It turns his wrist a bit green.
Also, how does this idea work? Is there a chemical reaction in the body? Or, if it's all in your mind, isn't it still effective since the pain is gone, for whatever reason?

dearairbreathers asked: For my mothers job she has to pull off the plastic tabs on plastic bags because they seal shut. When you pull them off they magnetize to your fingers. Would a magnetic bracelet prevent this? Is there anything that could stop them from being magnetic to the hands?

Andrea K asked: Should the magnets face up to the top of my wrist or downwards? And which wrist is better? I dont want answers about people not liking magnetic bracelets, I am just wondering the proper way to wear one.
I am not saying that I dont want to hear if you "like" magnets or not, I just am not asking about opinions of magnets as a form of alternative medicine.
I have already made the decision to wear a magnetic bracelet and I just wanted to know about the proper way to wear it.
